Today I jumped right into learning Swedish and to show you how serious I am about this documenting my progress idea I've put my very first few sentences on youtube!
I feel this is so embarrassing that I should have put it under the "Comedy" category, but I figured I will only get your attention if you get to mock me :)

I have contacted a few local language schools and I have already heard back from one of them. By the looks of it they will teach an entry level Swedish course in the near future! But while I'm waiting for that I figured I may as well start by watching a few youtube videos and try to pick up some of the more frequent words :)

If you want the inside scoop, that is my first youtube video as well so if everything else is wrong, at least I learned how to upload videos to youtube!
Thats awesome! Not to be unexpected there is a pretty heavy accent but that's normal.
